This Privacy Policy describes how SE PC LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Compound and Compound Operators (“Compound,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with our website located at compoundoperators.com and any related pages, forms, or online services we control that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Site”).
We are an AI implementation and AI transformation company. This Policy applies to information we collect through the Site. It does not apply to information we process on behalf of clients under a separate written services agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or Data Processing Addendum), which governs those engagements and controls in the event of any conflict.
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways.
Information you provide to us. When you fill out a form, request a consultation, subscribe to communications, interact with a chat or scheduling tool, or otherwise contact us, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, the contents of your messages, and any other information you choose to submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide and for not submitting information you are not authorized to share.
Information we collect automatically.When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect information including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, search terms, dates and times of access, approximate location derived from IP address, and other usage and diagnostic data. We collect this information using cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, software development kits, server logs, and similar technologies (collectively, “Tracking Technologies”), including those operated by analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising platforms, analytics providers, data enrichment and lead-intelligence vendors, social media platforms, referral sources, and publicly available sources, and we may combine that information with information we already hold.
We may treat any information that is not, on its own, linked to an identified individual as non-personal information, and we may use and disclose it for any purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.
2. How We Use Information
We use information for our business and commercial purposes, including to:
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
- respond to your inquiries, provide information you request, and communicate with you;
- send marketing, promotional, and informational communications (subject to your right to opt out of marketing emails);
- understand how the Site is used and measure the effectiveness of our content and advertising;
- personalize and deliver advertising on the Site and on third-party platforms, including retargeting;
- develop, train, fine-tune, test, evaluate, and improve our products, services, models, algorithms, and AI systems and offerings;
- create de-identified, aggregated, anonymized, or statistical data, which we may use and disclose for any purpose without restriction;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity;
- enforce our terms, protect our rights, and comply with law; and
- carry out any other purpose described to you at the point of collection or to which you consent.
AI and machine learning. As an AI company, we may use information collected through the Site, including the contents of messages and form submissions, to develop and improve our own AI systems, tools, models, and service offerings. Where required by applicable law, we rely on legitimate interests or your consent as the legal basis for this use, and you may exercise the rights described in Sections 7 and 8.
Where we rely on legitimate interests as a legal basis, those interests include operating and growing our business, improving and securing our offerings, and marketing our services.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use Tracking Technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic and performance, and deliver and measure advertising. Some of these are placed by third parties.
You can usually adjust your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies, though parts of the Site may not function properly as a result. Where required, we present a cookie banner or preference tool that lets you manage non-essential cookies. We also honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where legally required.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information as follows:
- Service providers and processors that perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, advertising, email and communications, scheduling, customer relationship management, and security;
- Advertising and analytics partners, which may set their own Tracking Technologies and use the information for their own purposes as described in their privacy policies;
- Affiliates and related entities under common ownership or control;
- Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants, and insurers;
- In a business transaction, including any merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or due diligence, in which information may be transferred or disclosed as a business asset;
- For legal and safety reasons, including to comply with law, respond to lawful requests and legal process, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, property, and safety of Compound, our users, and others; and
- With your consent or at your direction.
Sale or sharing of personal information.We do not exchange personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics Tracking Technologies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act. You may opt out as described in Section 7.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as we deem necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, operate and improve our business and AI systems, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it. Information that has been de-identified or aggregated may be retained and used indefinitely.
6. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not and cannot guarantee the security of any information. You use the Site and transmit information to us at your own risk.
7. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the “CCPA”), provides you the following rights, subject to verification and legal exceptions:
- Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it;
- Right to delete personal information we have collected from you;
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information;
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
- Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (note: we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require an offered “limit” right); and
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
To exercise the right to know, delete, or correct, contact us using Section 11. To opt out of sale or sharing, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on the Site, where available, or contact us, and enable the Global Privacy Control in your browser. You may use an authorized agent to submit requests, subject to our verification of the agent’s authority and your identity.
In the prior twelve months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers; commercial information; internet or other electronic network activity information; geolocation data (approximate); professional or employment-related information; and inferences. We collect these categories from the sources, and disclose them for the purposes, described in Sections 1, 2, and 4.
8. Your Rights in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation and equivalent laws, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions:
- access to your personal data;
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
- restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- objection to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests and processing for direct marketing; and
- withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Our legal bases for processing are: your consent; our legitimate interests (as described in Section 2); the performance of a contract; and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us using Section 11.
9. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and process information there and in other countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, where required. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and elsewhere.
10. Additional Terms
Children. The Site is intended for businesses and individuals 18 years of age or older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Third-party sites. The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and this Policy does not apply to them.
Marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. We may still send you non-marketing, transactional, or relationship messages.
Changes to this Policy.We may update this Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date, and material changes may be communicated by additional means. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
